Shiksha Thakur is a highly qualified professional in holistic wellness, specializing in Ayurvedic medicine, yoga, and various therapeutic modalities. With over 12 years of experience, she excels in Ayurvedic Clinical & Panchakarma Therapies, as well as Western therapeutic techniques such as Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and Trigger Point Therapy.
Shiksha holds a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree from Sri Sri Ayurveda College in Bengaluru, India. She is renowned for her expertise in Ayurvedic Nadi Pariksha (Pulse Diagnosis), Panchakarma, and Ayurvedic Yoga Practice. Her extensive research on various diseases and her teachings in Ayurvedic wellness programs emphasize practical integration into daily life.
In addition to her Ayurvedic practice, Shiksha is a Breathwork and Meditation Facilitator with The Art of Living and an expert in Vedic Cooking and Yoga for Women’s Health. Her passion for nature, music, and exploring new recipes complements her dedication to Ayurvedic practices.
Before her work in the United States, Shiksha served as a Government Medical Officer in Chhattisgarh, India, where she contributed to the Health & Nutrition Plan for Rural Schools in collaboration with the Rural Health Department.
